Delivery Dates and Restrictions

Delivery will take place at the latest within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (for advance payments) or after the contract has been concluded (for purchase on account).

If there are any delivery restrictions for a product, we will indicate this in the product listing.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping within Germany:	€6.95* per order
Shipping within the EU:	€16.90* per order
Shipping to non-EU countries:	€29.90* per order

1. Domestic Delivery Time:

The delivery time for a package is one to two working days. If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available, this will be specifically indicated on the respective product page.

2. International Delivery Time:

The delivery time for a package is five to seven working days. If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available, this will be specifically indicated on the respective product page.
