FROM CAD TO PRODUCTION
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Our product development process follows a structured, multi-stage, and quality-driven workflow that ensures each model is developed with the highest precision, attention to detail, and fidelity to the original vehicle or machine – from the initial CAD data to the final mass-produced item.
Based on the CAD data of the original car/machine we are developing CAD data for the model.
Based on the CAD data, we create a first physical prototype using the 3D printing process.
After the prototype has been approved, the die-casting molds are created and a first sample (first-shot sample) out of zinc is developed.
Simultaneously to the development phase an artwork of the model design is created. After the first-shot-sample is approved, a decorated sample (deco sample) is developed for final approval.
Once the decorated sample is approved we start with the mass production and will prepare everything for a seamless delivery.
