From CAD to production
How your model comes to life
A structured, quality-driven workflow that takes each model from the original's CAD data to a finished, mass-produced diecast, with you involved at every key decision.

3D Data
From the CAD data of the original vehicle or machine, we engineer the CAD data for the model.

Prototype
From that data, we build a first physical prototype using a 3D printing process.

Development
Once the prototype is approved, the die-casting molds are made and a first-shot sample is cast in zinc.

Design
In parallel, the model artwork is created. After the first-shot sample is approved, a decorated sample follows for final sign-off.

Production
With the decorated sample approved, mass production begins and we prepare everything for a seamless delivery.
